I called my bank again and they stated after a thorough investigation that no refund had been attempted to be sent to my account. I asked to speak to someone who may be able to help as the money has not been refunded to my account per my bank. The representative told me that there is nothing that she can do. Today,, I called FuboTV again and stated that the bank stated there is no pending transaction that the refund has not been processed. I called my bank and they have no record of the transaction. I called yesterday as I have not been issued the refund yet and they stated that it was successfully sent. I was cancelling as I did not feel like it was worth the money, my cable was more affordable.After speaking to FuboTV on I was told that I would be issued a refund and that it would take up to 10 business days. On February 20th I was charged $287.94 for the Quarterly subscription, even though I had taken screen shots from when I successfully cancelled the service the week prior, prior to the ending of the free trial.
